    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:

    H. B. 2430 –- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §11-6A-5b, relating to solar energy systems tax status; deeming equipment a salvage value; and providing limitations and qualifications relating thereto.”
